Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from Bochum, Germany. Shipping is carried out worldwide via DHL. In addition, where available, express shipping is offered as a separate shipping option with a live rate at checkout.
Processing time
Orders received on business days before 11:00 (CET) are generally dispatched on the same day. During periods of particularly high demand, the processing time may be 1 to 2 business days.
How shipping costs are calculated
Depending on the destination country, weight and order value, different shipping methods are available. Smaller shipments are sent, where the respective requirements are met, as Envelope or small parcel. Larger or heavier orders are dispatched as a standard parcel.
Within Germany, the small-parcel rate applies for an order value of up to 20.00 EUR. For international shipments, the lower Envelope rate generally applies to shipments up to 0.6 kg. In all other cases, the standard parcel rate is charged.
Express shipping is generally displayed at the live rate of the day at checkout. The shipping costs displayed at checkout are decisive.

Customs duties, import charges and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, taxes or other fees may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the respective shipping offer.
Excluded from this are deliveries to the United States, which are always made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Freight forwarders and parcel forwarding services
If you provide the address of a freight forwarder, parcel forwarding service, reshipper, export agent or similar third party as the delivery address, that party is deemed to have been designated by you to receive the order on your behalf.
Our responsibility for the original shipment ends once the order has been delivered to and accepted at the delivery address specified during checkout, as evidenced by the carrier's tracking information or proof of delivery. Any onward transportation arranged by you or by the forwarding service is a separate service for which we are not responsible.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, delay, additional charges, customs issues or failed delivery occurring after the order has been accepted at the forwarding address. We therefore recommend using a reputable forwarding service and obtaining adequate insurance for the onward shipment.
This does not limit any statutory rights relating to our original delivery, including rights concerning goods lost or damaged before delivery to the forwarding address, incorrect or incomplete deliveries, or defects that already existed when the risk passed to the customer.
Shipment tracking
Where available for the selected shipping method, the customer receives a shipping confirmation by email after dispatch of the order, including information for shipment tracking.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany generally takes place within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The respective applicable delivery time will be shown to you during the ordering process or in connection with the respective shipping offer.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional delays may arise in particular due to customs clearance or local delivery processes.
