Something's off? We'll sort it out.
Tell us your order number, what product it is, and what went wrong. Be specific. A one-liner like "it's broken" means we have to write back and ask questions. A photo and two sentences means we can start fixing it right away.
For defects and damage claims: we need visual proof. Upload your photos or videos, or share a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). No photos, no processing. No exceptions.
How this works
You submit the form. We look at it within two business days. If the issue is clear from your photos and description, we'll either ship replacement parts from Bochum or tell you exactly what we need to move forward. Most cases are resolved in a single email exchange. That only works if you give us everything upfront.
What we cover (and what we don't)
We stand behind our frames and parts. If something arrives damaged, if a part is defective out of the box, if we shipped the wrong thing: that's on us and we'll make it right.
What we don't cover: crashes. This is FPV. Carbon breaks when you hit things at 120 km/h. That's not a defect, that's physics. We sell replacement parts for every frame we make, so you're never grounded for long.
