CNC Kit owners: If you've converted your O4 Pro to standard form factor with our 7075 CNC Conversion Kit, this is the correct frame.
Motor mounting: 12x12mm (M2). Not compatible with 9x9mm motors.
Action cam: The frame supports action cams but adds significant weight at 3.5". For action cam use, we recommend our extended 4" arm set.

The World Opens Up
A basketball hoop. On a 5-inch, you fly around it. At 3.5 inches, you fly through it. FPV feels different when you're this small and this durable. Every gap becomes a line. Every line becomes possible.
Full ERA, Compressed
This isn't a stripped-down mini version. It's the complete ERA design philosophy: proven camera protection, compressed X geometry, split deck construction. Scaled to 3.5 inches with zero compromises. Everything that made ERA work, tightened up.
The Cage: Why Injection-Molded Nylon?
The visual signature of the ERA is also its functional core. We don't use aluminum (too rigid) or 3D printing (too weak) for our camera protection. We invested in high-pressure injection molding because our testing proved it superior to every other method. 3D printing creates layers, microscopic weak points where cracks eventually start. Injection molding creates a solid, uniform polymer structure with equal strength in all directions.
Why nylon? It's the same polymer family used in downhill mountain bike pedals and high-end snowboard bindings. Parts that survive thousands of vibration cycles and high-velocity impacts without snapping. TPU is more elastic, carbon is stiffer and can chip on sharp impacts. Nylon sits in between: structural memory to take a hit and keep your camera exactly where you set it. It absorbs impact energy, flexes, and bounces back. It sacrifices itself so your electronics don't have to.
Beyond protection, this solid cage acts as a structural bridge. Combined with our split deck construction, the entire chassis becomes one unified, stiff block that withstands abuse.

Action Camera Mounting System
We fly 20°. That's why it's the stock angle. Five mounts available from 10° to 30° in 5° steps. One M3 screw out, swap the mount, done. The cage stays untouched.
Your FPV camera is separate and fully adjustable from 0° to roughly 40°.
The cage supports action cams, but at 3.5" the extra weight changes the flight characteristics significantly. If you want to fly with an action cam, we recommend our extended 4" arm set for better balance and more thrust.
Built Like a Shrunken 5-Inch
Around 300g AUW fully built. Light enough for precision, heavy enough for momentum. The compressed X geometry that made ERA responsive feels even tighter at this scale. Same authority, smaller package.
Bonus: With arms this short, zero props in frame on O4 Pro. Clean footage, every flight.
Hardware You'd Spec Yourself
We build what we fly. That means T700/T800 carbon mix. 12.9 hardened YFS screws that won't strip. 7075 aluminum standoffs that won't bend. 22mm deck height (up from ERA's 20mm) for easier installation without sacrificing rigidity.
Small detail that matters: TPU strap holder locks your battery straps in place between packs. No more loose straps slipping during swaps.
Construction
Arms lock into the frame with a form fit. No slop, no play. The bottom plate is under tension from the center screw, adding stiffness without weight.
Need to access your stack? Leave the camera attached. Four screws out, top plate off, full access. Nothing to realign when you're done.
Every cage is checked by hand. Heat inserts installed with specialized equipment. No batch leaves without personal QA.

We didn't just build a frame. We partnered with T-Motor and Gemfan to make 3.5-inch freestyle work the way 5-inch works.
T-Hobby x it's FPV 1604.5 Motors
Proven bell design, but with a brand new 3mm shaft. The scaled-down equivalent of proper 5-inch motors. Lighter than 1604 designs with oversized shafts, more durable than T-mount alternatives. No C-clip to swap bells, just a small M2 screw. Prop swaps feel like 5-inch again.
Gemfan Custom 3.5" Props
3mm shaft hole, a purpose-built prop for this motor standard.
Our goal: establish the new 3.5-inch standard. We hope other manufacturers adopt these specs so 3.5-inch freestyle becomes genuinely viable, not a compromise.

Vastly more compact
ERA Mini opens up a new library of flight spots that are physically inaccessible or too dangerous for a full-sized rig. At this scale, the physics of flight change in your favor. By dropping the hazardous weight and volume, you remove the 'threat factor.' This allows for stress-free proximity flying in sensitive areas where a full-sized rig would be a liability.
Yet, unlike lighter micros, ERA Mini retains enough mass to carry momentum through the air. It avoids the floaty feeling of smaller copters, offering the locked-in trajectory of a big rig, just condensed. Every gap becomes wider, and every line becomes possible.
