Das O4 Pro CNC Kit passt sehr gut in meinen ERA 5 Build. Die Kamera sitzt sauber und der vordere Bereich wirkt dadurch sehr stabil und hochwertig. Optisch sieht das Kit sehr gut aus und es schützt die O4 Pro Kamera zusätzlich. Für einen DJI O4 Pro Aufbau auf jeden Fall eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Ich bin aber immer noch auf der Suche nach den Perfekten UV/ND Filter der sowohl mit der FOV der 04 Pro passt als auch mit dem Nylon Cage der ERA 5.

Da sich nach ein paar Crashes bei meiner O4 Pro Kameraeinheit der Bildsensor gelöst hat und das Bild unscharft geworden ist, habe ich das neue Kameramodul direkt mit dem Conversion Kit umgebaut. Der Umbau lief ohne Probleme von statten. Wie gut das ganze die Kamera schützt wird sind bald zeigen. Zwei Kritikpunkte habe ich jedoch: Durch das CNC Kit ist die Elektronik der Kamera nicht mehr wirklich vor Wasser geschützt, weil der hintere Teil frei liegt. Vielleicht kann ich da aber was mit einem Conformal Coating machen. Weiterhin finde ich es etwas störend, dass das Mounting wieder auf O3 zurückgebaut wird. Dadurch passt mein O4 Pro Frame nicht mehr ganz so gut. Allerdings habe ich die Kamera mittels einer Schraube pro Seite doch ganz gut fest bekommen. Ein Adapter auf O4 Pro Mounting wäre der fünfte Stern für mich gewesen. Zusammenfassend ein solides Kit das hoffentlich besser schützt, als das DJI Werkgehäuse.
In der o4 war bei mir so Kleber im Weg, den konnte man aber Weg kratzten. Ansonsten geiles Produkt!

Store owner replied: Hi, that is a shame, sorry it did not work out the way you expected. It does say so clearly on the product page. The O4 Pro CNC Kit takes the O4 Pro out of its stock plastic housing and puts it into a CNC one. There are two reasons for that, and both are on purpose: durability, the camera survives crashes far better afterwards, and the mounting pattern, which is deliberately changed to the O3 standard so the camera fits our standard cage and a whole lot of other frames instead of just O4-specific ones. That is exactly why it does not go into the O4 cage. The O4 cage is built around the O4 Pro in its original plastic housing, so the two are separate paths by design.
Awesome add for the 04 pro, I think this should be more available in the US, would sell like hot cakes!

Gutes Teil. Macht was es soll, hat meine o4 kameraeinheit gerettet. Hab wegen dem cnc Kit den era 5 gekauft. Zum Glück sag ich 👍

Fits really tight. I just wish there were just a PDF assembly guide. The YouTube video doesn't show well wich bracket goes where. But with some try and error it's fine.
